Even before we actually started the house hunting journey, we contacted Melroy to have a conversation about home buying, specifically what prerequisites would need to be met before prequalifying. Melroy was professional, knowledgeable, and patient as we asked some of the most basic questions. Even if there was something he wasn’t sure about in the moment, he would follow-up with me and my husband to provide us with answers. Melroy has literally travelled hundreds of miles with us as we searched for our perfect home, from Eastern Long Island all the way to Northern Westchester. We have finally found our first home with Melroy’s help. He truly cares about his clients finding the perfect home, wherever it might be. He also made us realize home ownership was within our reach and some of the fears we initially had, were unfounded. Some of his best qualities as a realtor are: -Melroy was always prompt with text/email replies and he checked in often, - Sent us new listings frequently, - Was patient with us as we toured homes, - Gave excellent advice on things we should look for in the homes before making a decision, - Showing us that the most expensive homes were not always the best ones, - He has a sunny disposition and is the most pleasant person to work with!

Very professional and very knowledgeable. He was always trying to find a house that would best fit our criteria/list of wants. If I had any questions or concerns I can call him any time and he would be able to provide the answers or contact others to find out.
